Hi Paul, thanks for reaching out! Centrelink do not ask for a copy of your wedding certificate so you can rest easy. CLICK HERE to see a list of the potential ID documents you can provide if Centrelink do ask you for verification.
Why don’t you make information simple for people tell them on your site what is asset tested . ie in general you are not entitled to an age pension if you have assets as a couple worth 900K plus .This does not included the family home but it does include super and assets . I visited centerlink based on the information I gained from your website .I wasted everyones time .
Hi Monica, thank you for the feedback on your experience using our website. We do have the income & asset thresholds available. From our home page you only need to navigate to the “Age Pension” menu at the top of the page and then select “Eligibility Rules” to review the thresholds.
